So far I have a steam boiler over filling and a furnace no-heat.

I got jammed up with a smell of gas call in the lobby of a retirement building at 2:30am. I was on the roof of this building with crazy snow and wind. Soooooo pissed. All I kept thinking was yup, I shoulda been an accountant! That%u2019s what I get for volunteering this shift for the extra $$$.
