Job Opportunity: Service Operations Manager with ElitAire in Cincinnati, OH

As a Service Operations Manager at ElitAire, you will manage a team of service technicians to maximize customer satisfaction and improve productivity and profitability. You will effectively recruit, develop, and retain employees with a high level of focus on safety. Ensure overall operational excellence and service growth. Other responsibilities include:

Lead ElitAire safety program for technician team, monitor compliance with job site safety, safety training, safety documentation, auditing, and reporting
Coordinate technician factory OEM training, and train new employees
Review work orders, pre-invoice reports, service invoices 
Establish project timelines, communicates with customers, and coordinate project schedule
Manage projects, assign personnel, oversee ordering of equipment and material
Ensures that maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled, and inspections completed on time
Provides input to Service Coordinator on scheduling activity of technicians 
Work with Service Sales Representative and District Manager to resolve customer issues, including customer visits
Oversee assigned service vehicles, monitor vehicles to ensure they are being maintained and operated as required and used according to company policy

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that will interact effectively as a member of a team and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure, and be flexible and willing to assist as needed. Additionally, this candidate will have:

5 years of HVAC industry experience in a leadership role
HVAC technical/industry knowledge a must
Experience and desire to build and maintain a culture of safety
Demonstrated experience managing multiple project simultaneously
A driven and team-player attitude with strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
Experience using an ERP platform highly desirable
