There are 135 questions on the real exam.  You need 94pts, 70% to pass.  There are the 6 sections;

1. Plan & prepare for installation (9pts)
2. Assemble & install (29pts)
3. Commision residential air conditioner & heat pump (13pts)
4. Service residential air conditioner & heat pump (29pts)
5. Maintain residential air conditioner & heat pump (28pts)
6. Service or maintain electrical components (27pts)

You need to do the Trade Equivalency Assessment from the skilled Trades.
