I have never seen anyone fined for this before!

Defendant: Russell Donlan
Charge: Part III Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 86 (7) – obstruction of investigators and inspectors.

Summary: On April 21, 2016, Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers conducted an inspection into an exam misconduct incident that took place at the London Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) office. The enforcement officers determined that one individual attempted to record exam questions by using a device embedded in his wrist watch while challenging the exam.

On July 25, 2016, Russell Donlan was convicted of the charge and the court imposed a monetary fine and a two- year probation order.

Yeah that one caught my attention    When they say embedded in his wrist, do they mean actually IN his wrist?  Like some kind of cyborg James Bond kind of thing? I wonder what he was actually challenging.
