SubContractors Insurance

I'm newly licensed (G2,OBT3,ODP) and looking for work. I do have a pt job at Home Depot, while there Ive spoken to a few hvac techs that recommend working piece work but that requires insurance of 2mil. What are some insurance companies you guys recommend? I live in Ottawa.
