Arc flash training

Any thoughts on the new regulation (CSA Z462) for arc flash training and where to get trained. Looks like any time you work on live equipment you will need
- cotton clothing (including underwear)
- leather boots
- leather gloves
- face shield

I see CSA-Z462 is being harmonized with NFPA 70E.
