Is The Ground Wired Correctly in Subpanel

Hi folks,
I'm hoping someone can tell me if the load center sub-panel for my heat pump air-handler is grounded correctly or not.
The load center is a Homeline/Square D HOM24L70S with a 2-pole 60amp breaker. It sits in between my house main breaker panel and the Trane heat pump's air-handler under the house. Nothing else is connected to the load center. Per the attached pictures, the ground is connected to the neutral bus which is bonded to the panel.

I've found several references saying that sub-panels connected to a main breaker should not have the neutral bus bonded to the casing and should have a separate ground bar kit installed and have the ground connected to the ground bar.

I'm thinking I need to remove the green bonding screw, add a grounding bar and move the single bare copper wire from the neutral bus to the new ground bar. Is this correct?

I have since learned I was comparing a 240v disconnect to a 120/240v sub-panel. The wiring is correct as is.
