Help needed! Local HVAC techs don’t even know what’s going on.

I will start by saying I know very little about HVAC so forgive my ignorance. This weekend was our first very hot day of the year in southern Oklahoma. I noticed it was getting warm in my house (77 degrees) and the air coming out of the vents was only cool at best. I get in my attic to check my air handler and noticed about 1/4" of water in the secondary pan so I called a local company to have a tech come check it out. He did a basic tune up on everything and then tried to find the issue. He said my condensate drain line was not clogged and there were no cracks in drain pan and basically left it at that. After he left I kept trying to track down what is causing it and the only thing I've found is right after the unit cycles off is when water pours out of the very bottom of the air handler. It comes out of what looks like a tiny factory drain hole on the underside of the unit, but I still don't know why it's not draining out of the condensate drain line. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your insufficient cooling could be caused by a loss of refrigerant.  That could also cause the coil inside the air handler to start freezing.  Likely this is what is causing the buildup of water.

Did the technician check the pressures on the air conditioner and verify the refrigerant charge?

If the cooling is fine and it's just a drainage issue they can try to install an air vent on the AC drain line and that might help prevent the buildup of water inside the air handler.

Yes, I actually had two different techs come out on separate days and they both verified the coolant level was fine. I will look into the air vent on the drain line. Thank you for the reply and advise.
