Inducer fan humming, not turning on sometimes, capacitor location

My gas pack inducer fan motor hums sometimes, does not start turning and the furnace does not turn on. The inducer motor is 2 years old. I can reach in the exhaust port and spin the fan easily. I am thinking it might be the fan capacitor but I cannot locate it. Does it even have one? Any thoughts on the intermittent performance? Sometimes the inducer fan works fine. Last night at 3:30 a.m. with temperature at 23 degrees I am standing outside in the snow and it wasn't working. Carrier model 48ES-A4209030TP. Help! Thanks.
