Receiver Gas Binding

Anybody had any experience with receiver gas binding?  I have a system that's tripping the 410 psi HP cutout on the compressor, but has 100psi lower liquid line pressure.  It only does it on hot days, and there is NO restriction between the compressor and the receiver.  I did some reading, and a receiver that's warmer than the condenser can cause this, and Copeland calls it receiver gas binding.
