Carrier HRV model HRVCCSVU1150-A

So I have this carrier HRV that is not working properly, the motor/actuator is getting weak and does not close the fresh/stale air dampers. I can kind of get it to work, and it will work until it doesn't.
This the part that I need, attached is a pic of the part. Its a synchron motor so they are quite common, its just that the shaft and the spring on the other side that are troublesome to match up. I may have found someone that can help but I have to take it apart first and get some closeup pics. I have done multiple searches to find the part but have had no luck so far. Does anyone have any ideas on where else I can search or call? I have contacted a place called retrozone, but they need to see the motor and I am just not quite ready to go in and remove it just yet, although I am going have to get in there soon

That HRV is made by Venmar/Vanee and uses the same part number.

If the molex connector doesn't match just cut both off and marrette the wires together.
