Recommended Condenser?

I received quotes for a new rooftop system for a condo.

They all agree we need a 2.5 ton system.

I was offered the following heat pumps:

• American Standard HVAC Silver Series 4A6H4 Silver 14 2.5 Ton 14 SEER Single-Stage R-410A 1/8 hp Split-System Heat Pump
• Goodman GSZH503010 2.5 TON Up To 15.2 SEER Heat Pump Condenser
• AC Pro AUD36W/A-D(U) X-Series 1-3 Ton 18-20 SEER Heat Pump

I was told the AC Proc is a much more efficient new tech, containing an "inverter", which reduces power when it's not being used, that it has higher efficiency or SEER than Goodman, and that it's cheaper because it's new and the company is promoting it. I was also told it's made by Lennox, but this page says it's makde

I was told the Goodman used to be more widely used than now.

Should i ask for some other brand?
