Don park B vent sidewall termination

Hello everyone, just a quick question. I've heard from a few people that don park b vent cannot be horizontally terminated (side wall), annd can only be vertical vented through the roof. I tried looking at the installation instructions and cannot find it. I tried calling noble and told me side wall is not approved. Does anyone know where to find this in writing if it's true? Thanks in advance!
