Stacked Heat Pump condensate drain lines

Hello
We have a low income residential building which uses Maestro heat pump units. The residential units are mostly the same and stacked for three floors, with a ground level garage. My question is how to design a stacked condensate drain line picking up three heat pumps vertically stacked and then collect the stacks in the garage level and route to the nearest sanitary sewer line. Each stack to have a neutralizer in the drain line.
