Rotary vs Scroll vs Swing for RAC

Hi there!
I'd like to ask a hvac pro to explain me which type of compressor is best for a Residential signle-room air-conditioner (heat pump) - 9000BTU : 12000 BTU?
I know, that scroll have less vibrations and noise, but are they better for a RAC? They are more often used in large installations and chillers. Swing is the Daikin type of compressor. How is it compared to the other types?
Can you please give me the advantages and disadvantages for each type compressor? For example, which type is better for work under nominal load? Which is better for full load?
