Energy Conservation

I have customers who are trying to reduce their energy consumption on refrigeration units with the new "smart meters". Besides building a control box with timers and temp controls, what I am looking for is some type of commercial temp control that has setback capabilities to maintain a slightly higher temp during peak hours. Has anyone seen anything like this
