is the newest and most up to date ?  and is there such a thing as a codebook for residential refrigeration mechanic like the b149??

Ontario Regulation 75/05 was revoked April 8, 2013 when the OCOT Act came into effect.

The OCOT has released a Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Apprenticeship Training Standard.  It seems to include the revoked Ontario Regulation 75/05.
