hrv balancing

i m going to relocate the hrv 10 ft from existing location.do it need to balance for air flow and how it can be done?

What is the model of the HRV?  Checking and balancing an HRV doesn't take long and would be worth doing.  If you add exactly the same amount of flex to each side then you're probably okay.  And once you exceed 10' of flex the intake will likely need to be upgraded to R8 flex, as R4.2 flex is not allowed to be used on the intake side in Ottawa, if longer than 10'.
