COVID and Essential Services in Ontario

I'm not sure if this was leaked before tomorrow's announcement but it looks like #13 and #28 consider regular HVAC and construction work essential services.

What exactly did they remove?

Ford stood up and said residential new construction is shut down, then when you read the fine print on that new list you'll see it does not apply to houses where footing permits have already been pulled.  Almost every builder I work for has already pulled their footing permit on every house they are building for the entire year.

For residential, unless permits already in place no more footings going on, basically finish what you have started
