PDF Work order TSSA requirement

I'm currently doing my invoices on Quickbooks as its really the only option for bookkeeping software.  The invoicing works great, but I'm in need of software or a work order PDF which is more detailed for TSSA requirements.  I've looked into Jobber and Service Titan, but for over $200 a month, I really don't need all the features that come with the software, as I'm a single tech owner operator. 

Does anyone have suggestions for work order/service call/startup PDF forms?
