My neighbour recently did a interesting install AC/Furnace , replacing old units
but they drilled a big hole in-front near my door and seems to be passing crazy 4-5 pipes thru

Is this not a hazard of some sort to release so many vents in walk path of two properties the person who installed this stuff his own walkpath opens towards front

During winter if it gets too stuffy in house I standout side the front door or open door to let in fresh air, feel a bit worried due to all these vents

a) Is this normal to open 4 new vents from one opening (I thought it is you have to distribute these out), the houses already have existing vents
b) Install Near Washing Machine Vent (uncovered)
c) Near windows (one is rusting) , possible more damage from vent release moisture in winter
d) Near walkway of two Adjacent property , the resident of two property would be walk the path pway (not showing walkway for my neighbour to right

:-\

Is it dangerous from CO/CO2 emission perspective, the wind typically blows toward my door also one of my window opens , just worried will end up bringing in containment ?

Property to my right only has 1 small pipe out facing down , I don't even see it or notice it

I am just worried a bit from health perspective look odd to concentrate so many vent in such small area, or Allergy if dust would be release near door entrance

I suspect they snorkelled that vent to keep 3' away from any windows or doors that may open.  As long as it's not within 3' of any of your windows or doors there should not be an issue.

Without knowing the model of the appliances it's hard to know if the terminations are even approved.  Regarding the terminations, a lot of appliances have maximum separation distances and a configuration that must be adhered to.

You would have to look at your municipality bylaws to see if there's anything against vents protruding etc....

I know in Ottawa Bylaw Section 65 you cannot install an air conditioner in the front or side yard.  Other municipalities have clearances for vents from things like easements.

You better hope that's not a dryer vent right by there if not some pipes are gonna have to come out even further. To me that looks terrible/amateur. That is one expensive termination lol
