G'day all. I just purchased a Vanee Advanced Touchscreen controller for my 65+ ERV and quickly found they are incompatible.. The controller has 4 terminals (12v, d-, d+ and G), and the ERV has ~10 terminals, none of which correspond with the controller's terminal labels (No, C, Nc, I, Oc, Ol, Y, R, G, B).. The manufacturer has told me they are completely incompatible and will not work together even with limited functionality.. I'm hoping that someone with more familiarity with electronics than me can think of some way to wire it up though so I at least can program on/off, high/low and use intermittent function of the controller, as I can't return it now and it wasn't cheap. Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if the solution involves some sort of adapter or unconventional solution. Thanks!

Yes, the control you got is used with the new V150 models and won't work with the 65H.

You only have 3 choices of controls the Deco Touch being the best option.  See the attached pic with part numbers.

You could also use the Ecobee smart thermostat to control the ERV, using the OVR and 12V terminals.

You could call Vanee tech-support to see if there is a way to wire the new control to the older HRV.  1-800-567-3855

Thanks for the response. I was hoping for a magic wiring trick to get it to go but in absence of that I guess I'll find a new controller
