this may be off topic buy anyone know if college's or private places are offering p/t courses for bas certification? much appreciated

I'm not sure there is such a thing as BAS certification (at least not as far as I know).
It is part of the 313A refrigeration apprenticeship, and also, most colleges (mine included) have BAS courses as part of their HVAC Program.
