What does it mean if a trane clean effects lights aren't coming on?

Was it installed before May 29, 2007?  There was a recall you can read here,

Are you sure it's being supplied with 120V?  Have you pressed and held the reset button for 5 seconds?

Yes it was installed in 2006.  Not sure what power was supplying it.  No didn't try that

You're unit was part of a recall.  You may be able to get it fixed for free so I would click that link to read about it.

The unit is usually plugged into a 120V outlet.  Did you verify the outlet has power?
