HI THANKS, SYSTEM WORK FINE DURING WINTER , BUT EACH TIME I SWITCH TO COOL , THE THERMOSTAT DIES NOTHING, TEC CHANGE BLOWN 5 AMP FUSE IN ATTIC , STILL NOTHING OUTSIDE , ALSO PUT NEW THERMOSTAT WIRE IN LAST YEAR , THIS HAS HAPPEN 2 YEARS IN A ROW , I THINK IT WAS A RELAY , LAST YEAR , THANKS

I would guess that the 2 wire from the air handler to the contactor coil has been damaged again.  Have someone install the wiring in a conduit this time, so you won't have the same problem repeat itself.

u have a lowvoltage short somewhere probably in reversing valve...its powered in cooling...good luck
