HI, I am a international student.I will gradurate from seneca college this april and my program is Building Systems Engineering Technician. I am not sure people familiar with that. My career  tend to be a building operator. In fact, i do not want to be a operator,i want to get the G3 and G2 licenses then be a hvac mechanic. In my program, i have learned basic heating, cooling, air handing ,control, auto cad ,revit and code and regulation in 2 years. All of them are basic level.

I find HI-MARK has G3/G2 classes and just 4 months. I want to know HI-MARK is credible ? and when i earnestly finish their courses can i get the license examinations and pass them. HI-MARK is a good training place if not. Can you give other options.
THANKS A LOT.

Sincerely,

van

Mohawk College offers Gas Technician 3 & 2 training as well as Oil Burner Technician 3/2. You can get all 4 certificates via the "Gas & Oil Burner Technician 2" program at the Stoney Creek campus, or you can opt to just get the Gas certificates only. I am currently in my 2nd semester. They do a good job of preparing you for the exams. The practical labs could be better but the theory covers pretty much everything. The program basically consists of 3-4 days/week of in-class theory and labs which prepare you for the final TSSA exams.

Here's a link to the program.
