Yes it is. Was priced better then the competition at the time I leased it

How does all your stuff stay on the shelves? I don't see how the containers don't come crashing down on the floor from driving.

shelves were built on a 1 inch decline . also put a screw downwards infront of the boxes so you have to lift up 1/4 inch to pull it out.
