pipeline Inspectors Ticket (Ontario GPI or Quebec 312)

Ive been trying to get into enbridge for a while. They demand this pipeline Inspectors Ticket (Ontario GPI or Quebec 312)... I cant find how to get it anywhere .. I have my G2 and many safety certificates. but for some reason this ticket is needed. Any help?
