Got busted today by the OCOT!!!

Ok, I didn't get busted, but I was actually approached on a residential job by an OCOT guy. This was in the middle of Ottawa in a busy suburban area. I went to the trailer to eat some food with the beautiful brand new a/c right in front of me on the ground. I then see a white SUV go by, turn around, and then park a couple houses down. The guy steps out and is walking towards me and saying hello. I thought he was probably just some guy looking to solicit a job, or looking to be my friend. Nope!
As he got closer, I saw his Ontario College of Trades shirt and knew exactly where his questions were going. I was doing work completely un-related to the a/c and I provided him with the information on my boss who has the 313d.

I suppose it was a tad annoying being interrogated as if I did something wrong. But he was an alright guy and didn't come off as a douchebag. He even spoke with the customer. I imagine it's a good thing since there still is too many a/c systems being installed by people who don't have the license for it and it takes away work from all the real 313d's.
I was surprised tho, I never heard of anyone in a residential coming into contact with them, except in the GTA.
