I have few brand new 30 LBS bottles of R22 up for sale ,there is an $80 deposit on the ARKEMA tank that you will get back once you return it empty to your own supplier who accepts them  . I must see your valid  ODP card  for the records and your driver's license to proof you are the ODP holder.

Are you a wholesaler? Are you licensed to sell refrigerant?
Guess I'm confused. I don't show drivers license at local suppliers. Are you giving away the refrigerant for the cost of cylinder deposit?
Or is this an auction type sale too?
