Hrv155 stopped working

My hrv155rd has stopped working, it has power but will not self test
When I turn power on, any suggestions?

I would first verify that HRV has not been recalled.  See the Nutech recall page - Here

Have you tried to spin the fan wheels to see if they spin freely?

Are there any low voltage wires connected to the terminals on the HRV?  Even without low voltage wires the HRV should perform its self test and power the damper and fans and the LED light should flash red.
You most likely have an internal wiring problem or the control board is bad.

Install a jumper between terminals 2 (ON) and 3 (RED).  Then install a jumper between terminals 2 (ON) and 10 (BLK).  Power up the HRV and see if anything happens.

It has not been recalled, the fan wheels spin freely
There are low voltage wires
I don't see an led, the damper seems to get power no problem but the
Fans don't go, no self test when I power the unit up.
Not sure where to put the jumpers? On the low voltage block?
Mine has 8 terminals
Red + 12 v
Orange obcs
Black dehumidistat
Green led drive
Recirculate
Low fan
Green ground
Comms

The unit was working fine for many years and now
Has stopped
