Indoor blower not running

Hey gentlemen

First post on here. I'm kind of stumped. I have never had this before.

I have a old condenser, don't know model or serial (worn off) but it has a time delay relay on it. It is bypassed. On a call for cooling I hear a little buzz and outdoor condenser turns on but no indoor blower turns on. The indoor blower runs in the "on" position but not in AUTO on a call for cooling. (I have not tried it on heat mode yet) ..do you guys have any ideas what could be the issue, should that time delay relay on the condenser be bypassed? does that matter or does that even have anything to do with indoor blower not running?

Thanks guys

No problem bypassing the time delay.

Likely the control board in the furnace is bad, but rule out the thermostat first.  Jumper the R and Y terminals on the furnace control board and see if the indoor fan starts.

Ya I jumped r and y out and still only the condenser came on. No indoor fan. What is the easiest way to check it is the board? As they are expensive parts

Is it a Lennox furnace?  Do you have a model number?  It definitely sound like a bad board.
