Hi,

I am looking for help determining what is legally required to start a HVAC business in Ontario. I am listing some items and some questions for your feedback

Insurance / wsib / register a business

G2 and G3 license   (required to purchase a rtu from example)

313A required to get a tssa contractor license?

I am looking mostly into the business of installing Mechanical air handling systems in resturant fit-outs and need to be on the right side of TSSA etc.
I am seen getting G2 / G3 so want to know the rules.
