My Lifebreath HRV is old and still works like a champ.  I'm installing an Ecobee (with ACC +/-) and would like to interlock my HRV to the furnace fan.  My HRV does not have NO/C/NC contacts, only BLK/RED/GRN/YEL.  Does anyone know where I could get a copy of the schematic diagram for my model?  No luck contacting Lifebreath. I would like to install a 12v relay with its on set of NO/C/NC contacts to interlock with my furnace.  Any suggestions appreciated.

With the Ecobee you don't need to interlock the HRV.  It will start the furnace fan any time the HRV runs.  Your Ecobee will act like a set of dry contacts.  Install a jumper between the ON and RED terminals on the HRV.  Then wire the Ecobee ACC terminals to the HRV ON and either LOW or HI terminals. (depending which speed you want the HRV to use)

Take a look at this recall,

The only terminals on my HRV are BLK/RED/GRN/YEL.  There isn't a ON or LOW or HI.

Thanks for the link to the recall.  I changed both my motors several years ago.  They are no longer the white ones.

You should connect BLK and RED to the Ecobee ACC terminals.

Then in the Ecobee settings there is a setup up for ventilator and HRV.
