Apprentice Regulations?

Since the abolishment of the college of trades, does anyone know of any documentation or legislation that may be in use for apprentices and employers to follow?

I ask because the legislation of 75/05 is considered revoked and doesn't apply anymore, and the skilled trades website is very vague and doesn't list any information pertaining to wage and what is required of an employer in terms of minimum raise per term.

This is fine if you work for a union company and they have their own wage requirements that are equal to, or better than the legislation, but is there anything for any 313A/D who is not unionized?

As far as I can tell, an employer can choose to pay a 5th year refrigeration apprentice minimum wage and there's nothing to say otherwise.

It looks like the new regulation is called the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021.

I haven't been able to find any sort of pay structure for apprentices though.
