Summerville, South Carolina HVAC Commercial Technicians

We are located about 30 minutes outside of Charleston, South Carolina and are seeking Commercial Technicians for our HVAC Services Business.

Commerical Technicians

A qualified candidate will have over two years' experience servicing restaurants.  Candidate must be experienced with diagnosing and repairing "hot side" equipment (Grills, ovens, griddles, steamers, flat tops, toasters, fryers, etc.)
 

Also responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC units and Commercial Refrigeration units. Must be excited about a dynamic environment where every day is different and your reputation for technical knowledge and customer excellence sets you apart. Sales commissions are not part of the compensation package, bonuses are based on quality of work ONLY, not sales spiffs.

Minimum Requirements

Two years of HVAC equipment service (or related military) experience
Two years Refrigeration equipment service
Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
Extremely strong customer communication skills
100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized
Maintain a good personal appearance
Maintain a Valid Driver License with a good driving record

Primary Job Responsibilities -
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC Equipment
Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalism
Complete service calls in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with customers, manager, dispatcher, and sales

Additional Job Responsibilities:
Participate in normal rotation of after hours and weekend standby duty
Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts
Maintain Service Vehicle
Complete Required Paperwork
Attend Training Sessions
Other Duties as Assigned by the manager
