Wire Tracer tool

Anyone know of a good tool for tracing wires ?
Tired of electricians not labeling wires on breakers panels, and tired of flipping switches to find the shut off on units

The included transmitter module generates a coded signal that is injected into a powered AC line. The microprocessor enabled receiver wand uses this encoded signal to reject noise, eliminate false reports, and correctly identify the right circuit breaker or wire.
