Aspen vs AHRI - The SEER Battle

As of July 15th, 2009, 13 SEER a/c's using 3rd party Aspen coils no longer meet the 14.5 SEER minimum for Tier 1 OPA, or EcoEnergy rebates.  Aspen is currently fighting the AHRI decision.  Just add two zeros to any existing ARI numbers to have the rebates honoured.
