Walker is correct.
The water tank installers (G2 and ODP required) and Sr. Installer (313d, ODP, G2) are piece-work but with also a non-task hourly rate (you get paid hourly to drive to your appointment, branch meetings).
The Service Technicians are paid an hourly rate (313d, ODP, G2).
They also offer a benefit package, RRSP match contribution plan, and paid vacation. You use their tools and truck as well.
For further questions, give me a call. My team and I recruit for all tech positions across the country for Reliance and have been for over 2 years.
The following are positions we're currently working on, relocation assistance available:
Water Tank Installer: Thunder Bay, Mississauga (ODP, G2)
Service Tech: Calgary (G2 or Gasfitter B), North Bay (313d, ODP, G2), Thunder Bay (313d, ODP, G2)
Even if these territories don't appeal to you, send me your resume and I can skill market you to the proper hiring manager in your area. We've had people hired this way as well.
