The Class B Operator and 313D are different certificates.

We don't have practice exams for the Class B Operator but there is some information here,

To challenge rhe 313D there is a written exam but no practical exam.  Info on challenging the 313D can be found here,

I realize I'm late to the party on this one but I hold a b operator .

The TSSA outline is the best to go off of and there are pan global books to " study " from . That being said I found other sources better .

The exam from what I can remember from 2 years ago ; the exam is on basic refrigeration system , accessories ( receivers accumulators etc, draft systems , piping questions , plant safety ( power engineering ) , fires and types of fire extinguisher , whimis, refrigeration absorption systems , different types of condensers , compressors and evaps , and math.
