308R/ Questions on what to study.

Hey, so I've been working in the trade for about 10 years now and like many of you, I would like to gain another certificate. I want to get my 308R but am not registered as an apprentice. I will have to fill out and submit a Trade Equivalency form to OCOT. I don't want to waste my time and money and fail the exam. I want to be prepared. I was wondering if there are any practice exams, study materials, code books I could use? Are there any pre-exam courses or even any actual online courses that could be taken? I did a pre-exam course at HiMark for my 313D and it was definitely worth it.
