I have a G5 Twin.  Its been a good recovery machine for years.  The MR45 is a newer product.  Guys like it but only time will tell.

I use the G5. Does the job well. No complaints here aside from I'd like the gauge connections to face straight out rather than downward. Although it's probably safer this way if it moves in my truck so they don't snap off if something bumps them.

They make an adapter that will 45 them out.

Can't comment on the Fieldpiece model, but the G5 I just bought came with adaptors with the slight angle instead of straight down. The machine blows the doors off any other recovery machine I've used. It also sounds better/quieter and has a much smaller footprint then the YJ machines.

Me too love it, bought a used one for $150 and never looked back!
