I recently graduated from Algonquin, looking for a job. I have G2 and OBT2

tenletters

- stress you understand electrical if you do and would like to get into service work asap
- learn electrical if you don't already know it
- don't act like you know it all in the interview. It's a real turnoff
- hand out resumes everywhere and follow-up a few days after

I made a listing of all the hvac companies I could find within an hour from my house. I listed the website and email if it was listed. I kept track of when I applied, how I applied (in person or over email) and when I followed up.

If you apply in person there's a good chance the owner or somebody in charge will be in.
