Hi all,

I'm looking for some direction on where to go to get good information or a course to help me in correctly using a Combustion flue gas analyzer. The small company I work for has taken on a contract to maintain boilers in a building. I'd like to use the F.G.A to help troubleshoot and find operating efficiencies. I was never trained correctly on how to use this tool.

Any information would be great.

Thanks

The manufacturer and instructions for the exact analyzer you're using is the best way to go about it... Once you have the model and serial information on what analyzer you're using, you can probably find videos on the internet on how to best use it.
Too many analyzers have too many different ways of setting it up and using it correctly.

This is happening lately. Companies taking on jobs of servicing boilers without any actual training. I've fixed the issues that I faced myself, but does anyone has any good source of material I can read up on that makes me more familiar with these things?
