Hi everyone , what comes in the G1 exam generally speaking ..code book questions ? Or more stuff outside of it ?

Does anyone know of a course that I can take along with the G1 exam, that is around 1 week long?  I am from NW Ontario and taking a months long course is out of the question, financially.  I have the minimum G1 hours, but would like to take a course before challenging the exam.

I am taking the G1 course now and preparing my TSSA exam. You are right.

90 Q's on Flame Safe Guard control and Valve trains.

45 Q's on Electricity and Control

25 Q's on Commercial and Industrial Appliances

5 Q's on Gas fired refrigeration and air conditioning.

165 Q's total.

There was lots of stuff out of the b149.3 so make sure you have a field approval code when you write. Also there is quite a bit on different types of flame detection UV/IR/Rectification, I can't remember any specifics as I wrote in 2017
